Are you having problems with your account on our website, here is everything you need to make sure you get the started!

Create a new account

  • Click on the sidebar “Create an account” – this takes you to http://hammernutrition.co.za/user/register
  • You need to fill in:
    • A username
    • Email address
    • Confirm your email address
    • First name
    • Surname
    • Opt in for the Newsletter (recommended)
    • Captcha to make sure you are a human
  • Click the button “create a new account
  • An email will be sent to your address with further details.
    • If it does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder, especially if you are using GMail or similar.
  • The email contains a one-time login link which you need to click on, in order to enable your account
  • Once you have clicked on the link, it will confirm that your email address has been validated and contains a link to reset your password.
  • Click “Login”, and you will arrive at your user account edit page.
  • Below your email address, please fill in your password twice
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Save
  • A message will appear that your changes have been saved.
  • You may now continue to browse and shop

 

Reset Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the tab “Request new password” from the login/create account page: http://hammernutrition.co.za/user/password

  • Fill in your username or email address that you used when creating your account
    • If you can’t remember which email address you registered with, look in your email history for a mail from “Hammer Nutrition” or with the subject starting “Account details for…”
  •  Click the button “Email new password”
  • You will be redirected back to the login page and a message will appear at the top confirming that the email has been sent
    • If it does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder, especially if you are using GMail or similar.
  • From the email, click on the one-time login link, which will take you to the site to reset your password.
  • Click “Login”, and you will arrive at your user account edit page.
  • Below your email address, please fill in your password twice
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Save
  • A message will appear that your changes have been saved.
  • You may now continue to browse and shop
